摘要本文以2014年健美操世锦赛有氧踏板项目甲组前八名在决赛中的成套动作为研究的对象，主要通过参考文献、观看比赛的视频录像对其进行整理和统计数据，对啦啦操队形的与速度以及场地与空间的合理利用进行分析和研究，总结了啦啦项目布局的特点和规律的形成。得出以下结论：51633
（1）在浙江省第十四届大学生运动会健美操比赛啦啦操项目的决赛中，其队形变化的次数不相上下，队形与空间的变化也突出了啦啦操的团队特点，变化方式新颖，队形变化速度与音乐的完美结合是制胜的之一。
（2）在浙江省第十四届大学生运动会健美操比赛啦啦操项目的决赛中，啦啦操成套队形编排要充分展示创新性、突然性、合理性等等。
（3）在浙江省第十四届大学生运动会健美操比赛啦啦操项目的决赛中，成套队形与空间的变化是突出啦啦操团队特点的因素。连续编排,对称,匀称的队形可以加快变化速度,提高成套动作的强度和提高舞蹈的动作效果的美感,更好的形成成套动作的内部节奏和韵律。
（4）成套动作的形成合理的应用到整体布局的变化起着丰富的视觉效果,可以将动作表现的更加完美,所以合理利用已经成为一个重要因素的形成来赢得比赛。
