摘要:体育学院于2013年开展了大学生暑期社会实践活动,对江苏省徐州市铜山区教学实验区的中小学生从身体形态、机能、素质指标等方面的体质现状进行了调查研究,后将分析数据与全国同龄青少年体质数据进行比较来分析,研究结果表明: 铜山区教学实验区中小学青少年身体形态等指标均显著低于全国同龄平均水平,速度、柔韧等身体素质较好,明显高于全国均值,但力量素质较差,需加强科学合理的力量锻炼,教学实验区中小学青少年肺活量、血压两项指标明显低于全国同龄平均水平。针对研究结果笔者提出:铜山区应大力重视该校教学实验区的体质发展;开设适应性体育课程;开展与体质弱势学生相适应的课外体育锻炼与竞赛;加强心理指导;加强师资建设;完善学校体育设施等,从而有效地提高教学试验区学生的体质与健康水平。53475

1前言
青少年是国家的未来和希望,他们的体质和自身的素养决定民族的兴衰和发展。我国政府非常重视青少年体质问题,2007年4月23日,胡锦涛总书记主持中央政治局会议,专门研究加强青少年体育工作和网络文化建设工作,会上强调:“广大青少年身心健康、体魄强健、意志坚强、充满活力,是一个民族旺盛生命力的体现,是社会文明进步的标志。”针对青少年体质状况,中央在2007年5月7日专门下发了《中央、国务院关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》,提出要高度重视青少年的体育工作,认真落实加强青少年体育、增强青少年体质的各项措施,加强领导,齐抓共管,形成全社会支持青少年体育工作的合力。目前大量文献都表明我国青少年学生的体质存在很多问题:全国青少年肥胖率、近视率在近5年间持续上升;学生肺活量水平继续呈下降趋势等。基于抽样限制,所得结论并不能客观地反映出铜山区教学实验区的体质特征,但这一特殊群体学生体质状况肯定有别于其他人群。本文利用铜山区现有条件,通过随机抽样从身体形态、机能、素质指标等方面进行测量铜山区教学实验区学生群体的体质现状,并与全国同龄青少年体质数据进行比较来分析铜山区教学实验区的体质状况,并试图找出其问题存在的原因,为探索和解决学生健康问题提出了新的思路和办法。更进一步对其体质动态变化情况进行研究,为政府部门制定未来提高国民体质的政策法规提供科学依据。 徐州市教学实验区学生体质现状分析与对策研究:http://www.751com.cn/tiyu/lunwen_57601.html
