摘要作为现代通信领域不可或缺的重要模块,混频器设计与制造工艺的进步对于通信领域的发展有着重要的意义。随着通信技术在各领域中发挥越来越重要的作用,人们对微波混频器的认知程度和性能要求也不断提高。
本文主要论述了如何利用安捷伦公司的ADS 软件设计一种射频工作频率3.8GHz的低噪声单平衡微波混频器。文章首先介绍了混频器的相关背景和分类方法,接着简述了设计中所用到的设计软件的仿真功能,最后详述了该混频器设计的基本原理、主要技术指标和所用到的相关电路知识。针对这种混频器的设计,本毕业论文给出了利用ADS 软件对系统各部分完整的设计方案和相关性能的优化验证。通过原理图性能分析、版图仿真等多种手段得到了准确的性能参数、曲线,达到了设计要求,完成了模拟测试。19121

Title Design and analysis of mixer circuit
Abstract
As an indispensable module in the modern communications,the advancement about the design and manufacturing of mixer important significance for the development of communication. As communications technology has played an increasingly important role in various fields, people's awareness of microwave mixers and performance requirements are also rising.
This article discusses how to use Agilent's ADS software to design a 3.8GHz low-noise single balanced microwave mixers. Firstly, This article introduces the background and classification of the mixer, and then outlines the simulation capabilities of the software used in the design, finally detailed the basic principle of mixer, the main technical indicators and the circuit knowledge used to design. For this mixer design, this paper presents the use of ADS software to complete each part of the system design and the optimization of performance-related. Through performance analysis of schematic, layout simulation and other means we get accurate performance parameters, curves. We have met the design requirements and the completion of the simulation tests.
