摘要:在现代的铁路信号系统中,轨道电路能够检测列车的占轨情况,同时向列车传递行车信息。但是由于轨道电路都是裸露在外的,受温度、湿度,气候等自然条件的影响非常之大,同时,列车的驶过也会对轨道电路产生较强的干扰,因此铁路部门只有对轨道电路的各基本参数进行定期检查和文护, 才能使轨道电路工作在最佳状态,确保信号的正常工作,从而清除故障隐患,确保列车的行车安全。本文主要研究的是移频轨道电路参数测试仪的硬件设计,该测试仪按照设计功能,将核心处理板系统和外围功能板硬件系统分开。核心处理板硬件设计主要包括:主控芯片最小系统、LCD 接口、USB 接口等,外围功能板硬件设计主要包括:功能切换、保护电路、信号调制、A/D 转换等。最后通过相关仿真软件进行仿真,对外部电路的功能进行验证,仿真结果证明了测试仪实现了相应的设计目标,同时能够达到系统的性能指标要求,具有一定的实用性。36098

Frequency Shift Track Circuit Parameter TesterHardware Design
Abstract: In the modern railway signal system, track circuit can detect the situationof rail of the train and at the same time transfer traffic information to the train torealize train control system. But because the track circuit is bare outdoors that it canbe influenced by temperature, humidity and other natural conditions. Meantime astrong noise signal will be created when a train passes by. So only regularly checkedthe basic parameters of track circuit, the railway departments can make the trackcircuit working in the best condition, ensuring the signal working in the right way,thereby eliminating the problems, to ensure the safety of the train. This paper mainlystudies the frequency shift track circuit parameter tester hardware design, according tothe design features, the instrument can be pided into the core processing boardsystem and peripheral function board hardware system. Core processing boardhardware design mainly includes: the main control chip minimum system, LCDinterface, USB interface, etc., peripheral function board hardware design mainlyincludes: the function of switching, protection circuit, signal modulation, A/D conversion, etc. Finally through the related simulation software simulation, thefunction of the external circuit is proved, the simulation results prove that the testercan achieve the corresponding design goal, at the meantime parameter tester can reachthe requirements of system performance index, having a certain practicality.
