摘要:此次设计题目为小型共轴双翼直升机的硬件电路设计。整个设计过程中采用Altium designer电子硬件设计软件,进行了原理图和PCB印版图的绘制。此次硬件电路设计分为两个部分:机载端实现信号的接收、陀螺仪对飞机姿态信号的采集、单片机对信号的分析和处理、电机的控制和驱动、舵机的控制和驱动;遥控端实现了模拟量的采集、模数转换、信号的发送、报警指示电路。最后成功的设计了电路板,用示波器采集各部分的波形,利用串口通信读取采集到的模拟量并转换为数字信号的数值,做了相应的调试工作,实现了预先设想的功能,并且对电路板的电磁兼容改良进行了探讨。选择了与此次设计相适应的改良方案,对电路板进行了修改,实现性能的改善。37794

The hardware circuit design of small double wings coaxial helicopter
Abstract:The design theme is the hardware circuit design of small double wings coaxial helicopter. Throughout the design process, using the electronic hardware design software, Altium designer, drew the schematics and PCB layout printing. The hardware design is pided into two parts: on-board terminal for signal reception; gyro aircraft attitude signal acquisition; microcontroller for signal analysis and processing; motor control and drive; servo control and drive; remote control terminal for implementation of analog acquisition; analog to digital conversion; the signal delivery; the alarm indicating circuit. At last, designing the circuit board successfully, using the oscilloscope acquires waveforms of each part, using serial communications to read the number which was converting from the collected amount of analog to a digital signal, do the corresponding commissioning work, achieve the pre-conceived functionality and discussed the improvement of the PCB board about electromagnetic compatibility. The improved scheme adapted to the design is selected, improving the electrical performance of the PCB board.
