摘要室内可见光无线通信技术是随着白光 LED(Light-Emitting Diode 发光二极管)照明技术的发展而兴起的无线光通信技术。由于白光LED 拥有节能、寿命长、可靠性高等优点,而且响应时间极短,可以在兼顾照明的同时组成室内可见光无线通信系统。 本文分析对比了国内外、室内外白光 LED 可见光通信研究历史、现状以及趋势,对基于白光 LED 阵列光源通信系统的若干关键技术进行了讨论。本文对白光LED 的结构及发光原理,以及在其用作通信光源时的物理特性做了较深入的分析。其次给出了室内光照度的分布,并且通过数值优化,得到了最佳的照明布局。最后选取了OOK(On-Off Keying 二进制启闭键控)调制编码方式进行了可行性论证,通过使用 system view 软件仿真得到结论:OOK 调制编码在低速传输时能很好的进行可见光通信。59988

Title The research in the indoor visible light wireless communication system
Abstract Recently,the indoor visible light wireless communications technology is emerged companied with the blooming white light-emitting diode(LED) lighting technology.Thanks to the white LED's excellent properties such as low power consumption, long lifetime, high reliability and short response time,it is possible to upgrade the indoor white LED illumination source to a wireless optical communication system. Analyzed and compared domestic and foreign , indoor and outdoor visible light communication Technology history, current situation and trends,the dissertation discussed the key technologies of communication system based on white LED array light source. We do a in-depth analysis on white LED's structure and lighting principle, including its physical characteristics when used as a communication source. Then we build a model to calculate the luminosity distribution of the white LED light source,and then find out the best lighting layout of white LEDs through numerical simulate.Finally, the OOK modulation encoding mode is chosen to do a feasibility study. By using system view to simulate, it was carried out that that the OOK modulation coding mode can do pretty well in visible light communication in low-speed transmission.
