摘要基片集成波导的出现颠覆了人们对传统波导的认识,使传统波导的立体结构等效于由介质基板上的金属化通孔形成的平面化的波导结构,保留了波导高Q值、高功率容量的特点,也让其更易于批量生产和平面集成。本文首先介绍了基片集成波导的概念及特点,及其发展现状。然后从理论上详细分析了基片集成波导的辐射特性,指出了基片集成波导与介质填充矩形波导的等效模型,以及用于仿真计算的两种波导上的纵向单缝模型,即终端短路的模型和两端开路的模型;基于这两种模型,推导了基于HFSS仿真的基片集成波导的归一化谐振导纳的计算公式。最后,运用HFSS电磁仿真软件对两种模型进行仿真,得到与理论相符的仿真结果,并对结果进行了分析和比较。60931

Title Study on the radiation characteristics of a single longitudinal slot on substrate integrated waveguide
Abstract
The emergence of substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) emergence completely changes people’s understanding of the traditional waveguides, which makes the three-dimensional structure of traditional waveguide be equivalent to the plane structure formed by metal plated-through holes on the dielectric substrates. That not only retains the high Q value, high-power capacity and some other characteristics of rectangle waveguide, but also allows SIW easier to mass production and planar integrated. Above all, this paper curtly introduces the concept and characteristics of substrate integrated waveguide, and the development status of SIW. Then I theoretically analyze radiation characteristics of a single longitudinal slot on SIW in detail, pointing out the equivalent model between SIW and rectangular waveguide filled with dielectric, as well as the two models of a single longitudinal slot on waveguides for simulation, namely one terminal short circuit model and two terminals open circuit model; on the basis of there two models, I derive the computing formula of normalized admittance resonance of SIW based on HFSS simulation, short a port terminal model and ends open the two port model; based on these two models are derived based on HFSS simulation substrate integrated waveguide normalized admittance resonance formula. At last, the electromagnetic simulation software HFSS was used on both the models, the simulation solutions squared with the theory obtained, and the results were analyzed and compared.
