其次,本文将介绍幅度均衡器的分类和技术指标。涉及幅度均衡器电路参数的分析,

再次,基于LTCC技术设计了一款宽带的LTCC幅度均衡器。该幅度均衡器的频率范围为6~18GHz,与负斜率的均衡器不同,此款均衡器为正斜率。由于该幅度均衡器的频率较高,波长较长,电感电容值相对会比较小,其外形尺寸得以进一步缩小,仅为4.5mm*3.2mm*2.0mm。该款幅度均衡器不仅体积很小,而且性能较好,均可以满足技术指标要求。本文基于LTCC技术对一款L波段的幅度均衡器进行了研究与设计,在其均衡频带范围内,仿真结果呈现负斜率状态,频率范围为0.95~1.25GHz。此款幅度均衡器的设计采用的是由蛇形平面电感和双层平板电容构成的集总参数结构,使得均衡器的内部结构相对比较简单。我们采用LTCC技术进行了三维立体集成,使得器件体积较小,仅为4.8mm*4.2mm*2.0mm。

Abstract In microwave and millimeter wave wireless communication system, the amplitude equalization is a very critical device and mainly plays a role of tuning compensation. Therefore the study of the amplitude equalizer is particularly important. With the rapid development of communication technology, the integration density and the device are both increasing, which require the volume of the amplitude equalizer as small as possible. And LTCC technology can easily achieve the miniaturization and high performance of the device. The amplitude equalizer based on LTCC technology is the first attempt in this area, it not only has a very large exploratory, but also is full of challenges.
First, this paper introduces the research background and significance of this topic, the status quo of research both at home and abroad, then introduces the can bring change for equalizer technology of low temperature co-firing ceramic (LTCC) technology.
