摘要基于课题组已完成的Ku波段收发系统,开发其工作可靠性检测设备的模拟前端。检测设备主要目的是对样机的发射功率和样机接收增益进行检测。整个检测设备主要由四大部分组成:微波收发组件、检波电路、数字信号处理、显示与控制。其中,微波收发组件和检波电路这两部分属于模拟前端,即本文要解决的问题。63838
微波收发组件借鉴超外差式接收机结构,采用多芯片组装技术,在体积和性能方面都有很好的优势。检波部分采用ADI公司的检波芯片,对处理过的信号进行检波,检波输出的直流电压作为接收信号强度指示(RSSI)为可变增益放大器(VGA)的数字量提供参考,使其输出为一恒定功率。
实测结果表明,本课题所研制的检测设备模拟前端总体指标基本满足设计要求。

Title Ku-band transceiver system reliability testing equipment
Abstract Based on the Ku-band transceiver system completed by research group,This paper developed its operational reliability testing equipment’s analog front-end. Main purpose of the testing equipment is to test the transmit power and receive gain of the prototype device. Entire testing equipment mainly consists of four major components: Microwave transceiver component, Detection circuit, Digital signal processing, Display and control system. Among them, the microwave transceiver components and detector circuit belong to the analog front-end, which is the problem this paper will solve.
Microwave transceiver components refers to superheterodyne receiver architecture, they adopt multichip module technology ,so they have good advantage both in size and performance. Detector chip from Company ADI is used to detect the processed signals. As a received signal strength indicator (RSSI),the output-DC-voltage of the detector provides a reference digital value for the variable gain amplifier (VGA), so that the output is a constant power.
Experimental results show that the analog front-end of the testing equipment basically meets the design requirements.
