摘要红外成像系统由于受到景物热平衡、波长、大气衰减及探测器阵列数目有限和探测单元尺寸的限制,使得红外图像空间相关性强、对比度低并且视觉效果模糊。因此,必须对红外图像进行细节增强和边缘锐化以改善其视觉质量。针对这一问题,本文研究了基于空域和频域的图像细节增强算法以及基于小波变换的图像处理方法。其中,在空间域中,主要研究了灰度变换增强,包括线性灰度变换和非线性灰度变换;在频率域中,主要研究了基于傅里叶变换的图像平滑和锐化。通过MATLAB仿真实验可以看出,空域和频域处理方法在增强图像细节的同时也扩大了噪声。为此,本文研究了基于小波变换的图像处理方法。小波变换继承和发展了短时傅里叶变换的局部化的思想,能够提供一个随频率变化的时间-频率窗口。本文研究了三种基于阈值思想的小波系数增强方法,并通过MATLAB仿真观察其处理效果。65169

Title Study on infrared image edge sharpening algorithm
Abstract Infrared imaging system due to the heat balance of the subject, wavelength, atmospheric attenuation and the limited number of detector array and the limitation of detection unit size, making a strong correlation of the infrared image space, low contrast and blur visual effect. Therefore, we must have the infrared image detail enhancement and edge sharpening to improve the visual quality.
In order to solve this problem, this paper studies the image detail enhancement algorithm based on airspace and frequency domain and image processing method based on wavelet transform. Among them, in the space domain, mainly studies the gray level transformation, including linear gray level transformation and non-linear gray-scale transformation; In the frequency domain, mainly studies the image based on Fourier transform smoothing and sharpening. Through the MATLAB simulation results it can be seen that the airspace and frequency domain processing method in the enhanced image details but also increased the noise.
Therefore, this paper studies the image processing method based on wavelet transform. Wavelet transform is inheritance and development of the localization of short-time Fourier transform ideas, can provide a time - frequency window on frequency change. This paper studies the three kinds of wavelet coefficients enhanced based on the threshold method, and through the MATLAB simulation to observe the treatment effect.
