    Reform for Experiment System of Mechanical Design Manufacturing and its 6953
    Automation
    I. INTRODUCTION
    Experimental teaching is an important segment of engineering higher education to cultivate students' practical ability and sense of innovation. It is the bridge of applying theory and the platform to exercises students' comprehensive utilization knowledge ability. For a long time, engineering universities emphasis on the theoretical teaching, but ignore the experimental teaching. It has caused the experimental teaching becoming the accessory of the theoretical teaching and a tool to prove the theory, and most of experimental courses are proof-of-experiments, lacking of design-type and comprehensive experiments. The content, methods, means of the experimental teaching system is incompatible with the system that carrying on quality education and developing the innovation capability. Even more serious, in this mode, every experimental aspects of mutual is isolation, they don't form an organic body, and students are lack of macro grasp of the knowledge and innovation capability . The experimental system can't meet the objective demand of the economic and social development . Relying on the advantage of our school in information disciplines,
    positioning the training direction of the mechanical design, manufacturing and its automation speciality as mechanical electronics, cultivate the students with mechanical and electrical product development capability. The writer learns from foreign experimental teaching experience to establish a complete experimental teaching system, carries out a thorough reform on experimental teaching of mechanical design, manufacturing automation speciality training program, creates a complete experimental teaching system. and plays a positive role on culturing students' ability and sense of innovation.
    II. CONSTRUCTION OF EXPERIMENT SYSTEM
    According to the speciality characteristics and training goal, we have formulated the guiding ideology of the experimental system which students can get the practical exercise in the four-year training process and cultivate students the fundamental experiment ability and the capability of using utilization knowledge to develop product. According to the experimental system thinking from basis to speciality, meet the people's cognitive rules, the speciality system pide into two stage which are fundamental experiment and speciality experiment. Fundamental experiment cultivates students with the fundamental experiment ability in the early two years of college. Speciality experiment is in the late two years of college, it merges the knowledge to experimental process around an aim, exercises students' comprehensive utilization knowledge ability and innovation ability.
    A. Fundamental_Experiment Focusing on Ability Training
    Fundamental experiment cultivates students the fundamental experiment skills and necessary abilities. According to the speciality characteristics of Mechanical Electronic Engineering, experiment skills include designing skills of mechanical product, development skills of program design and capabilities of circuit development and debugging, it requires grasp the use of some necessary tools. Around the cultivation of the three skills, set the following experimental aspects, as showed in Figure. I.

    1) Cultivation of development skills of program design
    In order to cultivate the students' development ability of embedded system, it requires them to master the C-language grammar and capabilities of program development and
    debugging in the C-language program design experiment. Exercise together needs them to master the programming ability of SCM and be familiar with a development tool as Keil to prepare for the later development of embedded system.
    2) Cultivation of circuit development and debugging
    In order to cultivate the students' hardware design, development and debugging ability, students are needed to master the circuit design and development ability during experiments of circuit analysis, electronic circuit, digital circuit and logic design, implemented the design and development of the smallest single-chip system in engineering training experiments inpidually. Denso practice requires students to assembly and debug electronic product. Through cultivating the development skills of program design and the ability of debugging, students can learn the ability of controller hardware-software design and development capabilities.
