摘 要长江是我国最长水流量最多经过地区最多的的一条河流,长江有着全国35%的水量,长江流经过的区域大小约有全国的1/5大,此外我国有1/3的人口分布在长江沿岸。所以保护长江水资源和沿岸的生态环境非常重要。
目前长江的水环境处于“亚健康”状态。长江沿岸的经济开发存在着一些不合理的地方,水资源的处置也存在着某些不合理的地方。今天,长江的水环境存在着生态环境问题,长江沿岸的废水排放一直是关系长江水质好坏的重要因素,这些废水中绝大多数是达标排放的,但还是一些是未达标排放的,这样就影响了长江的水质。目前长江沿岸的废水排放量在以每年3%的速度增长。长江沿岸城镇的水环境都或多或少的存在着水体污染问题,一些地区的水环境质量甚至在Ⅲ类水之下,长江沿岸的湖泊也有水体污染问题,一些湖泊富营养化问题严重。保护长江流域的水环境刻不容缓,在经济发展的同时必须考虑到环境的保护。lf0077
本方案废水设计为长江上游某小镇污水处理。该小镇主要以居民住宅区为主,即产生的污水主要是生活污水。该小镇设计人口30万,设计流量Q=5×104m3/d,在本方案中,对污水的处理采用CASS工艺。
