摘要：本次毕业设计选题为扬中市油坊中心小学教学综合楼工程招标文件的编制，将在设计全过程中培养学生制作招标文件，进一步巩固学生对多方面专业知识的理解。本次设计以中华人民共和国国家标准 GB50500-2008《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》、《江苏省建筑与装饰工程计价表》、2009年版《江苏省建设工程费用定额》、《江苏省建设工程工程量清单计价项目指导》及2015年3月底前扬中市有关计价文件为依据，采用工程量清单计价方法，选用合理低价法评标，结合本工程实际情况编制招标文件。其中商务标主要是企业根据自己的实际情况预算出的价格，技术标是企业根据任务书编制的施工组织设计。65613

Abstract：The compilation of graduation the design selection for Yangzhong City Youfang center primary school teaching building project bidding documents, students will be trained to make the tender documents in the whole process of design, to further consolidate the students on many aspects of professional knowledge and understanding. The design for the people's Republic of China national standard GB50500-2008 "construction project quantity pricing norms", "Jiangsu province construction and decoration project valuation table", the 2009 edition of "Jiangsu provincial construction engineering cost quota", "Jiangsu province construction engineering quantity list valuation project guidance" and before the end of 2015 3 in Yangzhong City, the relevant pricing document as the basis, using the method of BOQ valuation, selection of reasonable low price bid evaluation, combined with the actual situation of the project bidding document compilation. The standard business mainly is the enterprise the actual situation according to their own budget out of the price, technology standard is the enterprise according to the construction organization design task book compilation.
