科研楼的设计首要理念就在于科研性和实用性。科研楼的设计是根据使用功能的不同而在设计上具有不同侧重点。例如，本科研楼设计1楼为办公室，讨论室等人际交流以及办公场所，2楼则以各个领域的实验室和科研室为主。3楼是以生物化学等实验仪器的摆放为主。整个科研楼是集办公和实验而特意构建的一种空间组合。尽可能做大房间防止一些设备仪器或者实验药品放的过近而导致污染甚至破坏。
综上所述，科研楼设计对于巩固专业知识、扎实基础、提升设计布局能力发挥着巨大的积极作用。随着上海技术水平的不断发展，需要科研楼来供高技术人才进行研究和实验，确保一个社会的稳定发展，所以我认为科研楼的设计是十分关键的。
