摘要随着现代社会组织体系的复杂以及组织体系外部不确定的增强,在社会中个体组织逐渐转向以团队作为组织活动的基本形态。通过团队成员之间的协作,可以实现单个个人无法完成的组织目标,同时也可以通过组织成员来降低单个人完成任务的风险。通过将各人的目标与团队目标结合,实现团队绩效的同时,提升单个人的价值,是现在团队组成的机制性目标。团队组织活动绩效很大程度上取决于团队组织的效能,领导者如何通过合理的组织建设,降低不利因素对团队信任的影响,提升团队成员的信任,实现团队运行的高效,完成团队的组织目标,是领导者的重要角色要求。
本文的研究从梳理当代学者对于信任的概念的研究入手,分析团队信任基本概念的内涵,将团队信任的特征,构成方式以及团队信任的重要性进行分析的基础上,通过问卷调查的方式,选择研究样本,对研究样本进行各个问题的调查。将各种问卷进行有效的整理,将数据整理,建构数学评价模型,通过数据的离散化处理方式。将其中的有效因子分析出来,以此将影响团队信任的主要因素进行分析,分析各个指标在团队信任中对于团队目标实现的效用。根据团队信任的主要影响因素,制定相应的领导者建立团队信任的主要路径,实现本文的目标。33367

Abstract With the development of modern social organization system and complex uncertain external enhancement, inpidual organizations in society gradually turn to the team as the basic form of the activities. It can realize a single person can not complete the objectives of the organization through the collaboration between team members, and also reduce the risk of a single person to complete the task through the organization members. Dominate the target and team goal every, realize of team performance at the same time, improve the single value of the inpidual, these are the mechanism of target. Team building activities performance depends largely on the team and organizational effectiveness, how leaders through the reasonable organization construction, reduce the adverse factors on the impact of team trust, promote team members trust, the team to achieve the efficient operation of the organization, to achieve team goals, are the important role of leader requirements.
This study from the contemporary scholars for the study on the trust concept, analysis basic concept connotation team trust, characteristics of the team trust, and constitute the basis of mode and the importance of team trust analysis, through the questionnaire survey way, selection of research samples, investigated various problems of study sample. Collect all questionnaires effectively and the data, construct a mathematical evaluation model, through the discrete manner of data processing. Analyze effective factor of one, which will be the main factors affecting the team trust analysis, analysis each index in the team trust for the team to realize the goal of the utility. According to the main influencing factors of team trust, make the main path corresponding leaders to build team trust, achieve the goal.
