摘要:本文简要的介绍了白龙港污水处理厂的现状,包括污水处理厂平面布置、处理工艺以及主要生产设备等。主要工作是对污水处理厂的安全评价,目的是查找、分析和预测系统存在的危险、有害因素与可能导致的危险、危害事故后果和程度,提出合理可行的安全对策措施,指导危险源监控和事故预防,以达到最低事故率、最小损失和最优的安全投资效益。文中对污水处理厂的主要危险有害因素进行了辨识分析。本次评价主要针对污泥处理系统,将污泥处理系统分为两个评价单元,分别是污泥处理系统(主要包括消化系统、干化系统、脱水系统)和沼气处理系统,分别用安全检查表法和系统火灾爆炸指数评价法对其进行了评价。评价过程中指出了此污水处理厂存在的安全问题并给出了整改措施和建议。最后给出了安全评价的结论。41016

Shanghai sewage treatment plant safety evaluation
Abstract:This paper brief introduces the status quo of Bailonggang sewage treatment plant, including sewage treatment plant layout, processing technology and main equipment etc. Main work is to sewage treatment plant safety evaluation. The purpose is to search, analysis and forecast systems have dangerous, harmful factors and may lead to the danger and harm accident consequences and degree, put forward reasonable and feasible safety measures, guide the dangerous source monitoring and accident prevention, in order to achieve the lowest accident rate, minimum loss and optimal safety investment benefit. In this paper, the main dangerous and harmful factors of sewage treatment plant are identified and analyzed. The evaluation mainly according to the sludge treatment system, the sludge treatment system is pided into two units, respectively is sludge treatment system (including the digestive system, drying system, the dehydration system) and biogas processing system, respectively by safety check table method and system for fire and explosion refers to the evaluation of the evaluation. The safety problems of the sewage treatment plant are pointed out and the improvement measures and suggestions are given in the evaluation process. At last, the conclusion of safety evaluation is given.
