摘 要：华西村拥有自己独一无二的发展模式和雄厚的集体财富，其富裕程度明显高于一般村庄。二十世纪以来，依托其强大的经济实力，华西村给游客们呈现出了不同于其他乡村的旅游景观。通过对华西村的旅游资源进行梳理，结合运用定性评价中的三三六评价法与定量评价中的价值工程法对华西村旅游资源进行评价，并通过实地问卷调查的方式得出影响华西村旅游资源功能各因素的重要度。从而得出在进行华西村旅游资源开发时应讲究原汁原，注重保持当地乡土特色；应打造适合自身特点的乡村旅游精品线路，提高旅游吸引力；应加大宣传力度，提高华西村旅游产品的知名度；应注重环境保护，因地制宜进行开发。55914

Abstract: The Huaxi Village has its own unique development model and strong collective wealth. Its rich was significantly higher than general village. Since the 20th century, the visitors were presented the landscape in Huaxi Village different from other rural tourism replying on its powerful economic strength. The writer analyzed the tourist resources in Huaxi Village and used the 336 evaluation method of qualitative evaluation and the value engineering to evaluate the tourist resources in Huaxi Village. The field survey was performed in order to find out the factors influence the fuction of the tourist resources in Huaxi Village. So we should pay attention to original taste and flavour and keep the local native characteristics when we development the tourism resources in Huaxi Village. We should make the rural tourism of suitable products line and improve the tourist attraction. We should increase the propaganda and raise public awareness of the village tourism products. We should pay attention to environmental protection and adjust measures to local conditions for development.

1 前言
自上世纪80年代开始，随着我国经济体制改革的深入以及商品经济的实行，在我国农村区域范围内陆续出现了一批经济发达的村庄，例如江苏华西村、河南南街村等。随着这些村落不断的发展与开发，相关领域的专家学者对此类村庄慢慢地关注起来。折晓叶、陈婴婴（1997）将这类总产值超过亿元且经济较一般农村发达的村庄称为“超级村庄”[1]。袁海霞、梁留科（2007）认为明星村旅游是乡村旅游中一种比较独特的、极具吸引力的新型旅游类型，其独一无二的旅游资源类型、较高的知名度、良好的融资渠道和完善的旅游基础设施都有助于明星村旅游开拓出广阔的市场前景[2]。在这类村庄中，华西村更是最具代表性。华西村位于江苏省江阴市，全村共有约400户，1600余人，面积约有1.01平方公里，村内粉墙照壁，充满旖旎的江南田园风光，具有“天下第一村”之美誉。源'自:751-/论|文'网"]www.751com.cn
