摘要在当今时代,企业处于如今经济增长困难的外部大环境,面对资源优化重组、信息高速化等新的挑战,传统资本带来的优势已经不能完全满足企业提高效率、不断发展的需求。企业开始更多的关注员工个体的主动性,考虑员工职业生涯规划的完善。心理韧性作为企业员工重要心理素质,对于员工发展和组织绩效有着显著影响,帮助企业员工从容面对挑战,更好的规划职业生涯都有着很好的帮助。探讨心理韧性与主客观职业成功之间的影响关系,是本研究的目的所在。64552
本研究采用Friborg编制的《成人心理韧性量表》(Resilience Scale for Adults , RSA)以及Greenhaus编制的职业满意度量表对151名员工进行问卷调查,探讨企业员工心理韧性的与职业成功之间的影响关系,经过数据回收整理分析,主要得出以下结论:
1.个人能力、社交能力、家庭凝聚力、社会支持、个体结构都与客观职业成功显著性相关;
2.社交能力、家庭凝聚力、个体结构与主观职业成功显著性相关,个人能力与主观职业成功相关,社会支持与主观职业成功不相关。

Title Research On How Resilience impacts career success
Abstract In the modern era,enterprises in the external environment now face economic growth difficult.Facing the challenge of resources optimization reorganization, the high-speed information etc,the traditional capital advantage has been unable to fully meet the enterprise to improve efficiency,the development needs.Enterprises begin to pay more attention to inpidual initiative,consider the perfect employee occupation career planning.Resilience as employees important psychological quality, has a positive effect on employee development and organizational performance, help the enterprise to face the challenge of employee occupation career planning.The aim of the study is to explore the relationship between resilience and career success.
This study uses the Friborg compilation "Adult Mental Resilience Scale" (Resilience Scale for Adults, RSA) and the amount of occupation satisfaction Greenhaus system table conducted a questionnaire survey of 151 employees, to explore the relationship between resilience and career success, by the data collection and analysis, we draw the following conclusions:
1.Inpidual ability, social ability, family cohesion, social support , inpidual structure and objective career success significantly related;
2.Ability of social intercourse, family cohesion, the inpidual structure and subjective career success significantly related, personal ability and subjective career success related, social support and subjective career success not related.
