摘 要区域一个时期的土地利用形态随着其所处的社会经济发展阶段的改变而改变。以2000年、2005年、2010年和2015年四期TM影像数据和社会经济数据为基础，运用ERDAS遥感图像处理、ARCGIS空间分析，研究了期间常州市的土地利用形态及其变化情况。结合社会经济数据并借助SPSS22进行了期间土地利用形态变化与社会经济发展的相关性分析，对常州市土地利用转型进行研究，提取出常州市土地利用转型的主要驱动力因子。研究表明：2000-2015年，常州市土地利用形态发生明显变化，主要表现为耕地面积的减少和建设用地的增多，由耕地占主导地位变为建设用地主导；2000-2015年，常州市地区生产总值显著提高，工业化和城镇化带来的社会经济快速发展是土地利用转型的主要驱动力；最后，针对由于常州市耕地面积不断下滑而存在的潜在隐患，提出如何更加合理高效地利用土地资源的建议以期实现社会经济的可持续发展。68936

Research on the Land Use Transformation of Changzhou City
Abstract
The land use pattern of the region can change with the changes of the socio-ecnomic development phase that the region is in. This paper examines the dynamic pattern of land use transitions in Changzhou City based on Landsat TM data in 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2015, and socio-economic data by using remote sensing and geographic information system platform, and extracts its main driving forces of regional land use pattern transition by SPSS22 to research the relationship between the land use pattern transitions and socio-ecnomic development. The result shows: From 2000 to 2015, land use change in Changzhou City changed significantly. The whole trend of land use change is the decrease of cultivated land and the increase of construction land; From 2000 to 2015, the region GDP of Changzhou City increased significantly. The rapid socio-ecnomic development caused by industrialization and urbanization is the main driving force of land use transformation; Finally, to solve the promblem that cultivated land keep decreasing, targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forword in order to realize the sustainable development of social economy.
