摘要:陶瓷油墨是陶瓷、玻璃装饰用油墨,该油墨利用高温将陶瓷颜料烧结在陶瓷、玻璃表面达到颜料涂层与基体紧密结合的目的,从而实现基材的装饰化和功能化。喷涂是继刷涂、滚涂、丝网印刷技术之后的有一种高效油墨施工工艺。该工艺能对涂层进行高性能施工,同时效果好。但陶瓷油墨目前在国内尚没有很好的产品与喷涂设备相匹配。该课题就是探索水性陶瓷油墨在喷涂工艺上应用的配方体系,希望开发能适用于喷涂工艺的陶瓷油墨。本实验考察了多种分散剂,纤文素的含量,固含量,纤文素含量,球磨机对水性陶瓷油墨的影响,试图找出适合本次实验要求的水性油墨体系,并选择合适的水性油墨配方。最终确定以羟乙基纤文素、陶瓷粉、分散剂CH-10s,去离子水,在1300r/min的高速搅拌器搅拌分散30分钟,后经过2小时的球磨处理后,可以得到均匀分散稳定存在的喷涂陶瓷水性油墨。34156

Formulation design of spraying ceramic water ink
Abstract: Ceramic ink is ceramic, glass decoration ink, the ink by high temperature sintering of ceramic pigment in ceramics, glass surface reach pigment coating and the substrate is tightly bound to the purpose, in order to achieve substrate of decoration and function. After spraying brush, roller coating, screen printing technology is an efficient construction technique of ink. The process can perform high performance construction of the coating, while the effect of good. But at present in the domestic ceramic ink isn’t good products matching with spraying equipment. The paper is to explore the water ceramic ink in the spraying process on the application of the prescription system, hope to develop suitable for spraying process of ceramic ink. This experiment examines a variety of dispersing agent, cellulose content, solid content, cellulose content, effect of ball mill of ceramic ink for water, trying to find suitable for the requirements of the water-based ink system, and select the suitable for aqueous ink formulation. Ultimately determine to hydroxyethyl cellulose, ceramic powder, dispersing agent CH-10s, deionized water, in 1300r/min high-speed agitator stirring dispersion for 30 minutes, after after 2 hours of milling processing, to obtain the uniform dispersion stability in the presence of spraying water ceramic ink.
