摘要 本文主要内容为 LED 封装用苯基硅橡胶材料的改性研究,通过在苯基硅橡胶中掺杂硅烷偶联剂改性纳米粒子 TiO2和ZrO2,系统研究了两种纳米粒子及其添加量对苯基硅橡胶的光学性能、电学性能、导热性能等的影响。研究表明:硅橡胶纳米复合材料的折射率随着粒子添加量增加而增加,当纳米TiO2、ZrO2含量为 3wt%时,所制得的纳米复合材料具有较好的折射率,分别为 1.573 和 1.571。改性纳米粒子硅橡胶复合材料的介电常数较未改性纳米粒子硅橡胶复合材料的高。 硅橡胶纳米复合材料的体积电阻率随着粒子的添加量增加而有所增加,当纳米 ZrO2、TiO2的含量为3wt%时,所制得的纳米复合材料具有最高的体积电阻率,添加改性 ZrO2、TiO2 的苯基硅橡胶复合材料的体积电阻率分别从2.6× 1013Ω•cm 左右分别增加到 17.97× 1013和26× 1013Ω•cm。橡胶纳米复合材料的导热率呈现先增加后减小的趋势,当纳米 ZrO2含量为 0.01wt%时而纳米 TiO2的含为 0.6 wt%时,所制得的纳米复合材料具有最佳的导热率,分别为 0.199和0.215W• m-1• K-1。 35973

Research on Different Contents of PhenylSilicone Rubber Modified with Nanoparticles (TiO2\ZrO2)
Abstract This article is mainly for a modification of Silicone Rubber nanocomposite materialused as encapsulant for LED packaging, by means of adding Nano-TiO2, ZrO2 surface-modified with silane coupling agent. Then, the mechanical properties, optical properties, dielectric properties, thermal conductivity of silicone rubber nanocomposites were systematically studied. The research results showed that refractive index of the silicone rubber nanocomposites increased with particles content. When the nano TiO2 and ZrO2 content were 3wt%, the prepared nanocomposite kept good refractive index, which was 1.573 and 1.571 respectively.Thedielectric constant ofsilicone rubber nanocomposite withsurface-modified particles particles increases with particles content more than the nanocomposite without surface-modified particles. When nano-ZrO2 and TiO2 content were 3wt%, the prepared nanocomposite kept the highest volume resistivity.The volume resistivity of silicone rubber composites adding with modified ZrO2 and TiO2increased from 2.6×1013Ω•cm to 17.97×1013,26×1013Ω•cm respectively.Thermal conductivity of the phenyl silicone rubber nanocomposites increased firstly and then decreases. when the nano-ZrO2 content were 0.01wt%,and nano-TiO2 content were 0.6 wt%, the prepared nanocomposite presented best thermal conductivity, which were 0.199,and 0.215 W•m-1•K-1 respectively.
