摘要:本课题是采用涂饰法制备芳香皮革,并研究香气的缓释性能。首先,通过感官评测选择出合适的树脂和微胶囊香精拟定涂饰剂配方。然后,配制不同加香浓度的涂饰剂,并使用涂饰喷枪对牛皮进行涂饰,将涂饰好的皮革放置一定天数。最后,使用电子鼻、气相色谱、气—质联用仪以及感官测评对不同浓度不同放置时间的芳香皮革进行性能测定。结果表明,桂花微胶囊香精最适合皮革涂饰加香使用,感官评测结果为7.27;电子鼻雷达图显示皮革香气损失规律性良好,且加香浓度越高的皮革香气损失越快;桂花微胶囊香精浓度为10%的加香皮革放置不同天数后,物质有所减小,作为桂花香精主香原料的紫罗兰酮损失约40%;对桂花微胶囊香精浓度为10%的加香皮革感官评测结果从涂饰完的8.4降到了放置30天后的5.25。50262

Application of fragrance Microcapsules in Leather finishing
Abstract:This topic is mainly about the finishing method to prepare the fragrant leather and the study of slow release of fragrance. Firstly, choose suitable resin and fragrance Microcapsules to formulate the formula of coating agent by the sensory evaluation. Secondly, prepare the coating agent with different concentration and use the finishing spray gun to finish the cattle hide. Next, put the finishing cattle hide for a certain days. Finally, use electronic nose, GC, GC-MS, sensory evaluation and so on to measure the different fragrant leather.It turns out that, the Osmanthus microcapsule essence’s sensory evaluation is 7.27 which is the most suitable usage of leather finishing fragrance. The radar chart of electronic nose shows that leather fragrance lose regularity is well .When put the fragrant leather with the concentration of 10% for different periods, when the essence lose, the main raw material of osmanthus flower fragrance, Ionone lose the content to 40%. The sensory evaluation shows that after 30 days the Osmanthus microcapsule essence with 10% concentration has reduced from 8.4 to 5.25.
