摘要主要通过液相沉积法制备由镍离子掺杂在云母钛珠光颜料中,重点研究了沉淀剂NaOH、尿素、尿素和NaOH及用量对珠光颜料珠光效果的影响。并且通过改变包覆离子的包覆率、钛镍锑配比等一系列反应条件制备前驱体。通过XRD、湿膜制备测着色力、TG-DSC分析、热重分析、摄影生物显微镜等技术,确定制备的云母钛镍黄颜料具有较好的着色力、较均匀的表面分布、光亮的表面光泽并保证其前驱体在煅烧后可充分转化为金红石型。最终确定了制备云母钛镍黄的最优制备工艺为在尿素和NaOH沉淀剂作用下,选用Ti:Ni:Sb摩尔比为83:6:11的工艺条件,在95℃水浴中反应制备的前驱体。并在马弗炉中加热到950℃,加热过程中在200℃、350℃与550℃间保温30min以让杂质充分分解或挥发。以此制备具有良好珠光效果的云母钛镍黄颜料。63747

And in a muffle furnace heated to 950 ℃, the heating process at 200 ℃, 350 ℃ and 550 ℃ between insulation 30min to let the full decomposition or volatile impurities. This preparation has a good effect of mica pearlescent titanium-nickel yellow pigment.
