摘 要:对二甲苯是一种重要的有机化工原料,广泛应用于对苯二甲酸、颜料、涂料、医药、香料和农药等领域。本设计采用新型的甲苯甲醇烷基化工艺生产对二甲苯,该工艺具有对二甲苯选择性高与流程简单的优点。利用流程模拟软件Aspen Plus 7.2,对甲苯甲醇烷基化工艺中预处理、反应、分离与结晶四个工段进行全流程模拟。预处理工段得到纯度为97%的甲苯,甲苯与其它原料混合进入反应工段可得到产品对二甲苯,在分离与精制工段获得的产品纯度可达98%以上。最后,对生产工艺中的精馏塔进行了设计、选型和校核。66450

Abstract: P-xylene is a kind of important organic chemical raw materials, and it is widely used in the field of terephthalic acid, pigment, coating, medicine, spices, pesticide, etc. This New technology of toluene alkylated was applied to produce p-xylene in the design, and it has merits of high selectivity of p-xylene and simple process. The whole process, including pretreatments, reactions, separations and crystallization, was simulated by using the simulation software Aspen Plus 7.2 . The purity of 97% toluene was obtained in the setcion of pretreatment, p-xylene was produced when toluene was mixed with other raw materals in the section of reaction. The purity of 98% or even higher production was obtained in the section of separation and crystallization. Finally, The rectifying columns were designed, selected and checked in the production process.
