摘要中小企业的发展，关系到我国经济的增长，所以对中小企业的金融支持一直是备受关注的，也是我们急需探讨的。近几年，中小企业的发展受到经济环境、劳动力和原材料价格的影响，发展速度在下降。由此导致融通资金的问题就更明显了，探讨中小企业融资困难的原因，找到解决融资难的办法是帮助中小企业发展，促进经济发展必不可少的条件。
本文的重点不是研究政策性金融本身的发展和创新，而是通过研究我国中小企业的融资现状、生命周期、各国政策性金融对企业的支持经验来分析如何帮助中小企业在政策性金融的支持下得到更好的发展。从中小企业的生命周期来看，处于各个阶段的中小企业在各方面（信息、规模、技术等）都在变化，对资金的需求也是不同的。本文的核心是把政策性金融支持贯穿到中小企业的生命周期的各个阶段当中，分析各个阶段的金融需求，本文强调加大政策性金融机构对中小企业的金融支持以及其发展的内外部环境条件的提升等，从中找出解决办法。42646

Research on financial support to small and medium enterprises in China's policy oriented finance
Abstract
In enterprises, the development of SMEs (small and medium enterprise) is related to the economic growth of China, so the financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises has always been closely watched, also we need to discuss. In recent years, the progress of SMEs under the influence of the economic environment, labor and raw material prices, the development speed in the fall. This led to the problem of financing funds is more obvious, to explore the reasons for the financing difficulties of SMEs, to find ways to solve the problem of financing is to help SMEs to develop, promote economic development essential conditions.
The focus of this paper is not to study the development and innovation of policy finance itself. But through the study of the current situation of the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country, life cycle, national policy finance of enterprise support experience to analyze how to help small and medium enterprises under the policy of financial support for better development. From the life cycle of small and medium enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises in various stages (information, scale, technology, etc.) are in change, the demand for funds is also different. The core is the policy financial support through the center of small enterprise life cycle stages, analysis of the financial needs of the various stages, this paper emphasizes increase policy financial institutions to small and medium-sized enterprises financial support and the internal and external environment of the development of improvement, so as to find a solution. To promote the steady development of economic society.
