摘要改革开放以来，外商投资的力度持续加大，在促进江苏经济又好又快发展的同时，对促进江苏产业结构优化升级也有重要的作用。本文结合江苏省外商直接投资的历史数据，从理论上分析了外商直接投资对江苏产业结构的影响，并提出了如何更加有效的利用外商直接投资来促进江苏产业结构优化升级的政策建议。46627

本文主要对外商直接投资和江苏产业结构之间的关系进行探究。首先，在绪论部分，介绍了外商直接投资对产业结构优化升级影响的研究背景、意义，同时，阐述本文的思路以及结构。其次，介绍了江苏省利用外商直接投资和产业结构的现状和特点。然后，采用实证分析的方法，选取江苏省产业相关数据，建立相关的计量模型，分析外商直接投资与江苏省产业结构之间的相关性，得出外商直接投资对江苏省产业结构的优化升级有显著性的影响。最后，对于如何更加有效的利用外商直接投资，实现江苏省产业结构进一步优化升级的目的，提出了相应的对策建议。

Abstract
Since the reform and open policy, the power of the foreign investment continued to increase, in prmoting sound and rapid economic development in Jiangsu province at the same time, to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in jiangsu have an important role. Based on the historical data of jiangsu province foreign direct investment, foreign direct investment in jiangsu are analyzed theoretically the influence of industrial structure, and puts forward how to more effective use of foreign direct investment to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in jiangsu policy Suggestions.
In this paper, the main foreign direct investment and explore the relationship between the industrial structure in Jiangsu. First, in the introduction part, the paper introduces the foreign direct investment effect on industrial structure optimization and upgrading of the research background, significance， at the same time， the train of thought and structure of this paper. Secondly,this paper introduces the use of foreign direct investment in jiangsu province and the present situation of the industrial structure and characteristics, Then, adopt the method of empirical analysis, selection of jiangsu industry related data, set up the econometric model, analyzed the correlation between foreign direct investment and industrial structure of jiangsu province. it is concluded that foreign direct investment to the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in jiangsu province had a significant effect.Finally, for how to more effective use of foreign direct investment, to achieve thepurpose of further optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of jiangsu province, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
