摘要随着经济全球化和贸易自由化程度的不断提高，绿色贸易壁垒正逐渐成为阻碍全球贸易的主要形式之一。
渔业一直以来是浙江省出口的重要产业之一，也是外向依存度很高的行业之一。但近年来屡屡遭受来自发达国家绿色贸易壁垒的阻碍，直接或间接的造成了我省渔业出口竞争力的减弱。
本文首先根据近年来的相关数据和案例，介绍了浙江省渔业出口的现状，并结合浙江省渔业出口的几个主要对象国的基本情况，总结了浙江省渔业出口存在的主要问题。接着，从经济学角度着重分析了绿色贸易壁垒对浙江省渔业出口的消极影响和积极影响，主要包括短期内的数量抑制机制和价格抑制机制，以及长期的贸易促进效应。最后，针对日新月异的绿色贸易壁垒提出具有建设性的对策。47783
Abstract: With the development of economic globalization and trade liberalization continues to improve, the green trade barrier has gradually become one of the main forms of obstacles of global trade.
The export of fisheries is the mainstay industry of Zhejiang province. Likewise, it is a highly industry that depends on export for existence. But in recent years, the Fisheries exports is facing with more and more green trade barriers from developed countries. It will directly and indirectly weakening the export competitiveness of Zhejiang’s fisheries export.
This paper will begin with the present situation of Zhejiang’s fisheries export which based on the recent data and cases, combined with the introductions of several importing countries so as to summarized the main problems of Zhejiang’s fisheries export. Then the paper will argue about the influences of green trade barrier, and it will mostly includes the control of amount 、the control of price and the accelerating trade. In the end, the article will bring out several countermeasures.
