摘要:随着社会的进步与发展,个人贷款买房逐渐成为新型的购房方式。通过商业银行住房贷款,可以有效缓解因资金不足而短时间内无法购房的困境。但是,对于商业银行而言,个人房贷的办理还是存在有一定风险的,如果不做好有效防范的话,就会产生一定的影响。基于这样的现实背景,文章以“商业银行房贷”为主要研究对象,深入剖析其所面临的各种风险,并就如何做好防范提出切实可行的建议与对策。文章对商业银行个人房贷的发展历程与现状进行了详细、深入的分析,并就发展历程中面临的一些难题与困境进行了探讨,最终提出了切实可行的建议与对策,希望能够有效规避商业银行个人房贷所面临的各种风险。51176
