摘 要：文化是推动经济社会发展的重要引擎和不竭动。作为财富创造的新形态，文化产业日益成为各国竞相争抢的领域，并将对未来的世界格局产生重大而深远的影响。本文较详细的阐述了文化产业的概念、分类以及其发展现状，并着重探究当前文化产业发展中的融资问题。同时，在对比国外文化产业发展状况，指出国内文化企业在融资过程中尚存在与融资相关财税金融政策、文化企业规模等系列问题。最后，通过对泗阳妈祖文化园的案例分析，对文化产业融资问题进行概述。65686

Abstract: Culture is a significant engine of promoting economic and social development and endless movemen. As a new form of wealth creation, cultural industry has become increasingly competing for areas of countries around the world and will have a significant and far-reaching influence on the World pattern in the future.
This article elaborates the conception , classification of cultural industry and its development status in details, and mainly explores the current financing problems in the development of cultural industry.At the same time, in contrast to foreign culture industry development condition, emphatically pointing out that the domestic cultural enterprises still exist the series of problems in the process of financing and financing related taxation financial policies, cultural enterprises scale, etc.Finally, by analysising the case of the siyang mazu culture,I explain the problems of culture industry financing.
