摘 要中医学源远流长，它涵盖了庞大的而又丰富的经验与知识。近年来，中医药治疗肺癌在改善症状，延长生存期和提高生存率等方面具有确切的疗效，充分显示了中医药在肺癌方之中的巨大优势与潜力。该课题主要工作是针对部分名老中医的经验方，采用数据挖掘技术，挖掘常用治疗肺癌中药的用药规律与特点。6248

本文研究内容主要包括三个方面，其一，数据多种方式的采集，包括在线录入与不同形式文档的数据导入；其二，对于大量文本数据的预处理，包括中药，病案，功效等词条的提取与规范，为后面的算法研究奠定基础；最后，在数据规范的基础上进行关联研究，采用了FP-Tree算法，得到功效之间以及功效与归经之间的关联关系。

Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has a long history, which can be traced back to the Millennium. It covers rich experience and knowledge. In recent yeas, TCM is used to treat lung cancer, which has a great success in improving symptoms and prolonging survival, and it demonstrated the advantage and vast potential of Chinese medicine into the lung cancer. The main topic is to mine the characters of medicine used in the treatment of lung cancer, which is based on the prescriptions of the old doctors.
This article mainly includes three aspects, first, various ways of data collection, including online input and document import of different forms; second, pre-processing of large amounts of data, including the extraction and norm in medicine, medical record and effect, which lay the foundation for the following study of the algorithm; finally, on the basis of standardization in the data, the article get the relationship between the efficacy by FP-Tree algorithm.

1 绪论
1.1 课题背景与意义
近年来，中医药及中西医结合治疗肺癌，已显示其在改善症状，提高生存质量，稳定病灶，延长生存期和提高生存率，抗复发转移等方面具有确切的疗效；配合手术、放化疗可减少毒副反应和并发症，以及应用现代科学手段从临床检测及动物实验探讨疗效作用机理研究等方面都取得了不少可喜的成果，充分显示了中医药在肺癌防治中的巨大优势和潜力。
新世纪的到来，中医药学要现代化、国际化，其前提是对已有的中医药理论和经验科学地继承、更好地发扬。其中当代中国名老中医的诊疗经验，是他们在临床实践中与中医学理论结合、突破、创新的结果，包含了中医基础理论的原则和名老中医的独创心得或见解，是发展中医药学的宝贵财富。因此当代名老中医学术思想临证经验的继承不仅能丰富中医药学的理论体系，还能对整个医学科学的发展产生巨大的推动作用。
