由于我国旋挖钻机在整个开发,研制,完善的道路上落后于国外先进的国家,所以国产的旋挖钻机在整个工艺 、设计、检测等方面落后于国外一线的旋挖钻机。拿检测显示功能来说,我国的旋挖钻机在钻杆牙形键与动力头咬合状态方面的研究还比较少,然而国外的的旋挖钻机就有相关的测试技术。那么钻杆牙嵌和动力头的啮合只有靠操作者的感觉和经验来判断,这对操作者的熟练度提出了很高的要求。了解选挖钻的人都知道,钻杆牙嵌是将动力头扭转力传给钻杆的核心部分,是非常容易被磨损的,在啮合不完全的情况下,可能发生错位,导致钻杆报废,造成财产损失。
通过对有限元理论的运用,建立旋挖钻机钻杆在刚旋进时的动力学模型,分析了钻杆在未伸出状态下旋进工况时的钻杆的振动变化,得到了钻杆横向与轴向的振动数据,为分析钻杆牙套与动力头内键齿啮合前后的振动变化提供了数据参考。
