摘要:近年来,随着我国科技水平的长足发展,我国人民生活水平也在不断提高,并且老年人人口已经超过10%,证明我国已进入到老龄化社会,因此改善老年人生活变得更加重要。在老年患病率中,牙列缺失是最常见的老年口腔疾病之一,并会影响到日常生活,饮食等与身体健康息息相关的方面。传统治疗牙列缺失的方法便是全口义齿固定的方法,但因为牙列缺失后,首先会引起牙槽骨的萎缩,因此经过长时间的使用后,其整体的吸附力有所下降,全口义齿的固定性会受到影响,如果配合稍有误差还会出现严重的疼痛不适感,包括咀嚼效率等使用性能也会降低很多,并已有人进行了相关实验。因此全口义齿固定法已被逐渐取代,种植磁性覆盖义齿是目前应用比较广泛的治疗牙列缺失方法之一,因其能提供良好的固位力,在多年的临床应用上都有不错的结果。有限元分析是利用与数学近似的方法对真实物理系统进行模拟,并利用简单而又相互作用的元素,即单元,就可以用有限数量的未知量去逼近无限未知量的真实系统。利用有限元方法与种植覆盖义齿的研究相结合,能够更加清楚的分析研究其生物力学行为,应力变化情况等。43811

Finite element analysis for implant retained overdenture
Abstract: With the extension of the average life expectancy in China, the people's living standard of our country is also improving ,and more than 10% of the elderly population in our country has entered the aging society, therefore, to improve the elderly life becomes more important. In the elderly, dentition deficiency is the most common elderly oral diseases, and will affect daily life, diet and health. The traditional treatment of dentition deletion method is full denture fixed method, but because the dentition deletion can cause alveolar bone atrophy, so after a long time of use, the overall adsorption capacity will decrease, the denture stability would be affected , if with slightly error will appear serious pain discomfort , and chewing efficiency performance will reduce a lot, and has been the experiment. So the whole denture method has been gradually replaced. Planting overdenture is currently used widely in the treatment of dentition deletion method, because it can provide a good retention force,in the years of clinical application with good results. Finite element analysis is used and the mathematical approximate method for simulating the real physical system,and by using simple and interacting elements, can use a limited number of unknown variables to approaching infinite unknown quantity of the real system.
