摘要在热安全研究中通常使用水平引燃方法，而针对墙体等特殊结构的火灾安全性研究 中则需要进行材料垂直燃烧的实验研究，因而需要设计专门的装置来获取该方面的实验 功能。该装置拟采用锥形加热器提供可控的热辐射通量作用于垂直放置的被测试样本， 通过电火花来引燃样品表面热解产物，为研究垂直火燃烧特性提供必要的装置。给该装 置添加辅助装置应能够完成各断面的热辐射通量的标定。68686

Title The design of material vertical ignition device based on cone-shaped heater
Abstract
It commonly used horizontal ignition method in the study of the thermal safety,but it need a experimental research of material vertical ignition in the fire safety study of the wall and the other special structure.Therefore it is necessary to design a special device to obtain its experimental data.The device proposed adopts a cone-shaped heater with controllable heat flux act on the tested sample be placed in a vertical direction,and ignite the themolysis products of sample surface by means of the electric spark.It require to provide a Complete device for the experimental research of vertical ignition characteristics.In addition,some auxiliary equipment also need to be added so that can complete the calibration of the heat flux on the each section.
