摘要绩效评价体系在评价银行的目标中扮演着重要角色，成为商业银行在管理机制上推动业务发展的一个核心职能。由于历史原因,我国银行绩效评价工作开展的一直不太理想。目前，我国商业银行传统的评价指标体系已不能适应新形势的要求，如何设计出符合我国商业银行发展现状，科学合理反映商业银行整体经营绩效的评价体系是本文的中心内容。本文在引入相关理论概述的基础上，给我国商业银行现行绩效评价体系做了初步地介绍，并对其构建战略绩效评价体系的必要性及可行性进行了分析，最后构建了基于平衡计分卡的我国商业银行战略绩效评价体系，同时指出了成功实施平衡计分卡的基本原则与应该注意的问题。64849

Title Establishing Strategic Performance Evaluation System of Commercial Banks
Abstract Performance evaluation system plays an important role in the evaluation of bank's target, become a core functions on the management mechanism to promote the development of business of commercial Banks .Due to historical reasons,China's Banks performance evaluation work has not been very ideal.At present, our country traditional evaluation index system of commercial bank can not meet the requirements of the new situation, how to design conforms to the current situation of the development of commercial Banks in China, scientific and reasonable reflect the overall commercial Banks operating performance evaluation system is the center of this article.In this paper, on the basis of introducing related theories overview, for commercial Banks in China made a preliminary introduction to the current performance evaluation system, and the construction of strategic performance evaluation system of the necessity and feasibility are analyzed, and finally constructed based on the balanced scorecard strategic performance evaluation system of commercial Banks in China，at the same time points out the successful implementation of the basic principle of balanced scorecard and the problems of should pay attention.
