摘要随着社会经济的不断飞速发展，以及在经济全球化大趋势的作用下，许多大型企业快速扩大自己的自身规模和产量，使企业得到长远的发展。然而在快速发展的背后却包藏着极其严重的危机，由于外部环境的不确定性以及大型企业对于自身内部环境没有提高警惕，很可能致使企业陷入财务困境，并最终有极大的可能性导致企业破产。文章通过对于大型企业财务困境成因的探究和分析，提出了一些针对不同原因的应对举措，通过这些举措可以帮助企业摆脱财务困境。同时结合中国远洋公司案例进一步深化理论，使理论结合实际。65171

Title Causes and countermeasures of large enterprises in financial difficulty
Abstract With the continuous rapid social economic development, as well as under the trend of economic globalization, many large enterprises quickly expand its own size and production, so that enterprises have long-term development. Yet behind in the fast-growing concealed a very serious crisis, because of uncertainties in the external environment, as well as large enterprises for their own internal environment does not have to be alert, is likely to lead the company in financial difficulty, and there is a great possibility eventually lead to bankruptcy. Articles for large research and analysis on the causes of financial distress, made a number of responses for different reasons, through these initiatives can help enterprises out of financial difficulties.
