摘 要：财务管理是企业管理中最重要的组成部分，企业的良好的运营是离不开良好的财务管理。在日益激烈的市场竞争中，中小企业涉及领域广泛，产品丰富，经营机制灵活，投资少、见效快，其对环境的应变能力较强，展现出了较强的生命力，我国的中小企业已超过1000万家，占我国企业总数的90％，提供了75％的城镇就业机会，实现工业总产值占全国的60％，对我国经济的发展有着不可替代的作用。但是，对于如何加强企业财务管理这个问题，有相当一部分中小企业并未足够重视，从而使企业财务管理的作用未能得到充分发挥。本文分析了我国中小企业在财务管理方面存在的问题及其成因，并提出了相应的对策措施。9293

Study on the status of the financial management of SMEs in China
Abstract：Financial management is the most important part of business management, the good operation of the enterprise is inseparable from the good financial management. In the increasingly fierce competition in the market, small and medium enterprises involved in the fields, the product is rich, flexible operation mechanism, less investment, quick, the ability of the strain on the environment, showing strong vitality, China's small and medium-sized enterprises has exceeded 10 million, accounting for 90% of the total number of enterprises in China, 75% of urban jobs, 60% of the country's total industrial output value, plays an irreplaceable role in China's economic development. However, for this problem and how to strengthen financial management, there are a considerable number of SMEs did not pay sufficient attention, not been fully play the role of corporate financial management. This paper analyzes the existing problems, the causes of China's small and medium enterprises in financial management, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
