摘 要：P2P 网络借贷，是借贷服务和网络相结合的一种金融服务平台。是跟随着互联网的 兴起所发展起来的一种新颖的借贷模式。但是在 P2P 借贷模式迅速发展的今天，对传统的 商业银行有着巨大的影响。本文通过对已有的数据和文献进行了归纳和整理，结合了宜人 贷的公司实例具体分析了 P2P 网络借贷的运作模式、在中国的发展现状，以及对商业银行 存贷款业务和中间业务的影响。在这些基础上，最后提出了商业银行应该在未来的发展上 加强和 P2P 网络借贷平台的合作、运用大数据来分析客户以及加强业务创新，保持特有的 优势。70272

Abstract: P2P lending is one of the lending service and network combining financial services platform is following the rise of the Internet has developed a kind of new pattern of lending. P2P lenging model develops rapidly today, it has a huge impact on traditional commercial Banks. This article through to the existing data and literature has carried on the induction and collation, combined with pleasant company loan example, it analyzes the P2P lending operation mode.Faced with Chinese present situation P2P has effects on deposit and lending business. On the basis of these,the article finally puts forward that the commercial banks should strengthen the cooperation of P2P network platform.The article uses big data to analyze customer, and strengthen business innovation to keep the unique advantages.
