摘要:为了了解低剂量农药对黄金菊酶活性的影响,探讨低剂量农药胁迫下植物氧化应激反应的变化。以黄金菊为试材,经不同低剂量吡蚜酮处理(0.0001ppm、0.001ppm、0.01ppm、0.1ppm、0.2ppm、0.4ppm及CK)后分别测定黄金菊SOD、CAT酶活性及MDA的变化。
结果表明,低剂量吡蚜酮连续胁迫下,SOD酶活性表现出时间效应,CAT酶活性变化也存在时间效应。同对照相比, 0.0001ppm 吡蚜酮处理后1天及2天,SOD酶活性显著高于对照;同对照相比,0.1ppm 及0.4ppm吡蚜酮处理后1天,CAT酶活性与对照存在极差异;同对照相比,0.2ppm吡蚜酮处理后1天,CAT酶活性显著高于对照;MDA含量呈现出先下降,后上升的变化趋势。同对照相比,药后1天,0.0001ppm浓度处理MDA含量显著上升,吡蚜酮处理显著促进了黄金菊体内MDA的产生。而MDA含量变化并不能反映出SOD、CAT酶活性变化情况,究其原因是由于不同逆境条件造成的,还是不同的供试材料等原因造成的有待于进一步研究。20666

Study of Euryops pectinatus 'Viridis's oxidative Stress response under low-dose Pymetrozine stress
Abstract:In order to understand the effect of low-dose pesticide on Euryops pectinatus 'Viridis,a systematic study was conducted to determine the Euryops pectinatus 'Viridis's oxidative Stress response under low-dose Pymetrozine stress on the activities of protective enzymes and lipid peroxidation.This study choose Euryops pectinatus 'Viridis as Plantmaterials. These materials under different low doses of Pymetrozine processing(0.0001ppm、0.001ppm、0.01ppm、0.1ppm、0.2ppm、0.4ppm
and CK),and test the the activities of protective enzymes and lipid peroxidation after treatment.
The results showed that low doses Pymetrozine continuous stress, SOD activity showed a time effect, CAT activity change also showed a time effect during days after treatment.Compared with CK, one day and two days after treatment what used 0.0001ppm Pymetrozine , SOD activity was significantly higher than the CK; one day and two days after treatment what used 0.1ppm and 0.4ppm Pymetrozine , CAT activity exist extreme differences compared with the CK;compared with the control, one day after one treatment what used 0.2ppm pymetrozine, CAT activity was significantly higher than the CK; MDA content showed the trend that first declining and then rising. Compared with the CK, one day after the drug concentrations ,MDA content significantly increased (0.0001ppm Pymetrozine treatment).the treatment significantly promoted the Euryops pectinatus 'Viridis produced MDA in vivo.The change does not reflect the content of MDA,SOD activity changes and CAT activity changes.the reason why these will change is because of different stress conditions or the different test materials and other causes,is still should have further study to be confirmed.
