    摘要:花生作为我国的一种重要的油料作物,目前生产中存在着产量低,品质差的现状。花生是具有地上开花、地下结果特性的植物。花生开花下针期是花生植株从营养生长向生殖生长转变的关键时期,受到多种植物激素的调控。如何在生产中合理利用植物生长调节剂来调控花生的生长发育过程,以实现花生增产,品质改善,提高其市场竞争力,有效增加种植农户的经济效益对花生产业的发展具有重要意义。本试验选用花生品种白沙1016作为试验材料,于2016年在江苏省农业科学院经济所试验场,进行了对下针期花生喷施不同浓度的0.4%噻苯隆试剂的试验,以期通过调查比较收获期产量品质与空白对照间的差异,研究噻苯隆对花生生长与产量品质形成的影响。最终试验结果表明与清水对照区相比,0.4%噻苯隆可溶液剂各处理区的花生荚果数、饱满荚果数均具有一定幅度的增加,而不同处理间的百荚果重和花生各小区的实产差异程度达到极显著水平,不同处理间花生籽仁中的蛋白质含量、脂肪含量的差异程度均未达到显著水平。0.4%噻苯隆可溶液剂具有良好调节花生植株生长的作用,具体表现在可增加花生荚果数,显著提高荚果单重,从而具有一定的综合增产作用,同时对花生籽仁的主要营养品质并无不利影响,并且稀释800~1000倍的0.4%噻苯隆可溶液剂对花生产量与品质的影响最大并且最适合。25632

    The influence of " Thidiazuron " on peanut yield and quality
    Abstract: At present peanuts as a kind of important oil crops in China, the current situation of peanut’s production is low output and poor quality. The peanut is a special plant of flowering on the ground and resulting underground. The peanut’s mature period is the peanut plant critical period of transition from vegetative growth to reproductive growth.  Rational using plant growth regulator to regulate the growth and development process of peanut, to realize the peanut increase production and improving qualityIts and market competitiveness has important significance. This experiment chooses the varieties of baisha species 1016 peanut as test materials at Jiangsu province academy of agricultural sciences' economy proving ground in 2016, the experiment carried out of spraying the peanut in maturity with different concentrations’ 0.4% Thidiazuron soluble concentrate. In order to through comparing and researching the difference between their production and quality at the harvesting time with the ck’s, to research the influence of " Thidiazuron " on peanut yield and quality. Eventually the experimental results showed that compared with the water control area, 0.4% Thidiazuron soluble concentrate of the processing of peanut pod, full of pod all have a certain range, and weighs hundreds of pod and each district of peanuts chattels’degree of difference reached a significant level between different processing. Protein content, fat content of peanut seed kernels’ difference degree has not been reached significant level between different processing. 0.4% Thidiazuron soluble concentrate has good regulating growth of peanut, can be specific expressed in increasing the number of peanut pods, improving pods single heavy, which has a certain comprehensive role to increase production, to the main nutritional quality of peanut seed kernels without adverse effect at the same time. And diluted 800 ~ 1000 times of 0.4%Thidiazuron soluble concentrate  has the greatest effect on the yield and quality of peanut and is the most suitable.
