    摘要:类胡萝卜素的积累不但能影响植物的叶色和花色,同时也能提高园艺作物和农作物产品器官的营养价值。花烛是重要的观赏花卉,其苞片颜色、大小、株型(作盆花或切花)及叶型(叶片大小)等目标性状已被广泛研究,而有关花烛叶色突变性状的研究鲜有报道。本试验以花烛叶色突变深绿型和野生型为材料,结合蔗糖和光照处理,分析类胡萝卜素积累对于其叶色差异的影响,初步探讨深绿型和野生型叶色差异原因。结果表明,(1)正常生长条件下,花烛深绿型和野生型幼嫩叶片中类胡萝卜素含量无显著差异;(2)不同蔗糖浓度处理下,深绿型积累类胡萝卜能力更强;(3)在强光条件处理下,深绿型抵抗类胡萝卜素分解的能力强于野生型。28060

    Study on the chromoplast development and characteristics of carotenoid accumulation of Anthurium 'Sonate' leaf color mutant and the wild type
    Abstract:The accumulation of carotenoids not only can affect plant leaf color and flower color, protecting the plant tissue from the strong sunlight and improving the growth potential and adaptability of plants, but also improve the nutritional value of horticultural crops and crop products organs. Anthurium is of an important ornamental flower, of which the bract color, size, plant type (for potted-flowers or cut-flowers) and leaf pattern and other target traits have been widely studied, but the characters of Anthurium leaf color mutation is rarely reported. In this study, we analysed the effects of carotenoid accumulation on the leaf color difference based on Anthurium leaf mutant dark green and wild type with the treatment of sucrose and light, preliminarily inquiring into the reason of leaf color difference in dark green and wild type. Our results showed that (1) Under normal growth conditions, carotenoid contents of Anthurium dark green and wild type of young leaves have no significant differences; (2) With the treatment of different sucrose concentration, dark green is more capable of accumulating carotenoids than that in the wild type; (3) In the strong light treatment, the ability of resistance to the decomposition of carotenoids in dark green is stronger as compared with the that in wild type.
