摘要:污水处理厂产生的高含水率污泥,给污泥的后续处理处置带来巨大的麻烦,为了有效处理污泥,污泥脱水是其中的关键步骤。本文通过加入从剩余污泥中分离出来的1株真菌即简青霉,这株真菌已经由本课题组证实能够提高污泥脱水性能,对某一污水处理厂浓缩池产生的污泥进行处理,随后用Fenton试剂继续调节,以期达到最好的污泥脱水效果,同时对污泥脱水性能改善的机制进行初步分析。通过实验可以看出简青霉能够有效改善污泥的脱水性能,同时在Fenton试剂没有进行酸化预处理前提下继续作用,进一步提高了污泥的脱水性能。本试验中可以得出处理剩余污泥的最佳简青霉添加量为体积比为10%,同时体积比为10%的简青霉处理的污泥最佳含固率为2.5%,而污泥脱水性能的改善与胞外聚合物(EPS)的分解和pH变化有关。31582

Experimental Study on the Effect of Fungi on Sludge Dewatering
Abstract: The high water content sludge produced by the sewage treatment plant has brought great trouble to the subsequent disposal of sludge. Sludge dewatering is one of the key steps to deal with sludge effectively. In this paper, by adding a fungus isolated from the excess sludge, penicillium simplicissimum, and this strain of fungi has been confirmed by our research group that it can improve the sludge dewatering performance. The sludge produced in the concentrated tank of a sewage treatment plant was treated by penicillium simplicissimum, then continue with the Fenton reagent was used to adjust the sludge in order to achieve the best effect of sludge dewatering. At the same time, the mechanism of improving the dewatering performance of sludge was analyzed. It can be seen from the experiment that the efficiency of sludge dewatering can be improved effectively by the addition of penicillium simplicissimum, and the sludge dewatering performance can be further improved by Fenton reagent, under the condition of no acidification pretreatment. In this experiment, we can know that the optimum addition amount of penicillium simplicissimum to excess sludge was 10% (volume ratio), while sludge treated at the volume ratio of 10% penicillium simplicissimum the best solid content is 2.5%, and the improvement of sludge dewatering performance is related to the decomposition of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) and the change of pH.

真菌促进污泥脱水性能的试验研究
1 引言
近年来,通常含水率达到97%左右的污泥多产生于城镇污水处理厂污水处理系统中的浓缩池,非常低的含固率增大了污泥的体积,非常不利于污泥的转运、后续处理等[1]。随着科技的高速发展,污水处理技术飞快提高,城镇污水处理厂对污水的处理效率也随之提高,而处理污水过程中产生的这些高含水率污泥迫切需要进行有效的处理与处置,所以,对高含水率污泥进行脱水显得十分重要。
