    摘要:‘南水2号’黄瓜是南京农业大学自主培育的水果型设施栽培专用黄瓜品种。瓜皮浅绿色,皮薄,商品性良好,适合四季保护地栽培。但是,‘南水2号’黄瓜对枯萎病、根结线虫病等主要土传病害抗性不足。嫁接栽培可以提高水果黄瓜的抗病性。本试验以‘南水2号’黄瓜为接穗,以宁波市农业科学院培育砧木品种白籽南瓜(‘甬砧8号’)为砧木进行套管嫁接和插接,筛选套管嫁接的接穗和砧木的适宜苗龄,以及比较套管嫁接与插接后嫁接苗的生长发育情况。结果表明:套管嫁接的砧木在露心阶段,接穗在子叶未展平阶段的嫁接苗成活率为90.6%,远高于其他8种处理,且生长势也是最强的;而套管嫁接比插接成活率高3.1%,且嫁接苗生长势也较强。所以套管嫁接需要的砧木苗龄在露心阶段,接穗在子叶未展平阶段最好;而与插接相比,套管嫁接后嫁接苗的成活率高且生长发育情况更好。31587

    Primary Exploration on The Tube Grafting Technique of Cucumber ‘Nan Shui 2’
    Abstract: ‘Nan Shui 2’ is a special mini-cucumber variety cultivated by Nanjing Agricultural University for facility cultivation. It has light green and thin pericarp, good merchandise, and it is suitable for four seasons protected cultivation. However, ‘Nan Shui 2’ cucumber is not resistant to the major soil-borne diseases, such as blight and root-knot nematode. Grafting method can improve the resistance of fruit cucumber. In this experiment, use the fruit cucumber varieties 'Nan Shui 2'as the scion, the white seed pumpkin ('Yong Zhen 8') by the Ningbo Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the stock for the tube grafting and the plug grafting. The suitable seedling age of the scion and rootstock were screened, in order to compare the condition of growth and development of grafting seedling after the tube grafting and the plug grafting.The results showed that the graft survival rate of grafted rootstocks was 90.6% in the cotyledon, and the growth rate was the strongest among other eight treatments.The survival rate of the tube grafting was 3.1% higher than the plug grafting, and the growth potential of the plug grafted seedlings was also stronger.So the best graft age of seedling of stock is in the first true leaf has just grown up , the scion incotyledon have not flattened.Compared with plug grafting, tube grafting has the higher survival rate and the better growth potential.
