摘要:本论文主要通过叶面积大小、离体叶片失水率、叶片相对含水量、电导率的测定等几方面的实验操作,结合Microsoft Excel进行数据图表统计分析以研究红叶石楠的抗旱特性。6090
实验结果表明:随着湿度和实验时间的不同,红叶石楠的叶面积大小都随环境的变化而发生变化,湿度较高时,叶片的叶面积都相对较大,随着湿度的降低,叶片的叶面积相对较小。随着湿度的逐渐降低,红叶石楠的相对含水量也相应减少。电导率的测定结果表明:干旱初期,电导率较大,然后在慢慢下降。可能是在初期植物对干旱环境比较敏感;随着自然干旱的延续,植物对干旱作出积极响应,叶片的相对电导率都有不同程度的下降。离体叶片失水率实验也进一步表明随着湿度的逐渐降低,红叶石楠抗旱能力在不断增加,说明红叶石楠具有适应环境变化及自我调节增加抗旱的能力。并且通过与其他同学完成的五种植物离体叶片失水率比较得出红叶石楠抗旱性具有较强的抗旱能力。

The characteristics of drought resistance of Photinia serrulata
Abstract: Characteristics of drought resistance of Photinia serrulata was studied here mainly. Leaf area measurement, water loss of detached leaves, relative water content, conductivity test under different humidity combined with Microsoft Excel statistic analysis to understand the characteristics of drought resistance of Photinia serrulata.
The experiment result here showed that the leaf area altered with the environmental changes, i.e the different humidity conditions and the experimental times. The leaf area was relatively large when the humidity was high.The leaf area was relatively small when humidity reduced.The relative water content of leaves of Photinia serrulata was also reduced correspondingly when the humidity decreased. The electrical conductivity was high at the early drought stage, and then declined gradually. It is possible that the cells were sensitive to drought stress at the beginning, and it response positively afterwards. The experiments of water lose rate of detached leaves showed that drought resistance of Photinia serrulata increased as the humidity decreased gradually,indicating that Photinia serrulata has the ability for adapting to environmental alternation and self -regulation to enhance drought resistance. Water loss rate experiments indicated that Photinia serrulata exhibited high drought resistance compared with five plant species,which was performed by my classmates.
