摘要 目的: 观察银杏叶提取物(ginkgo biloba extract,GBE)对小鼠自主活动和学习记忆的影响。 方法: 本实验采用的是7月龄的C57BL/6雄性小鼠,体重30g左右,随机分为3组:空白对照组、实验组、阳性对照组(地西泮)且以饲喂法连续给受试物10天。之后对其进行自主活动的观察和明暗箱被动逃避实验(Passive Avoidance),以观察GBE对小鼠自主活动和学习记忆的影响。 结果:行为学数据分析结果显示,与对照组相比,GBE组在进行明暗箱被动逃避实验(Passive Avoidance)时,逃避潜伏期显著短于对照组(**P<0.01),而地西泮组与对照组相比没有显著的差异(P>0.05);自主活动计数结果显示,与对照组相比,GBE组和地西泮组对小鼠没有显著的影响,即统计学数据分析没有显著的差异(P>0.05)。结论:通过本实验可得出GBE能够显著改善小鼠的学习记忆,这为医学上对记忆系统损伤的治疗提供了理论基础。48783

Effects of ginkgo biloba extract on memory and locomotor activity in male rats
Abstract Objective The aim of this study to investigate the effects of ginkgo biloba extract on memory and locomotor activity levels in male rats. Methods The rats were randomly pided into three experimental groups according to treatment ( GBE vs control vs positive control ). Mice were treated orally either with distilled water or GBE or Diazepam ( DZP ) daily until testing, and programed the Passive Avoidance by the Lit-Dark box and locomotor activity testing. Results And the results of behavioral tests showed that repeated GBE treatment can enhance its learning and memory compared with the control group (**P<0.01); the results of locomotor activity testing showed that the means of rats fed by GBE is not siginificant difference campared with control group ( P>0.05 ). Conclusion By this study we can make a conclusion that the GBE can enhance siginificantly rats, leaning and memory and it will provide treatment of memory system injury with theory basis.
