摘要目的:研究Rho激酶抑制剂Y-27632对成骨细胞和骨髓间充质干细胞细胞形态的影响。方法:分离培养成骨细胞及骨髓间充质干细胞，取生长状态良好的第三代细胞进行分组实验，分为成骨细胞无处理对照组，成骨细胞Y-27632处理组，骨髓间充质干细胞无处理对照组，骨髓间充质干细胞Y-27632处理组。为了探究细胞形态及其表面的相关响应变化，细胞经免疫荧光染色后，通过倒置荧光显微镜来考察，利用Image J软件进行形态分析，研究Rho激酶抑制Y-27632对成骨细胞和骨髓间充质干细胞细胞形态的影响。结果:Rho激酶抑制剂Y-27632促进成骨细胞形态伸展，而Rho激酶抑制Y-27632主要促进骨髓间充质干细胞宽度增大。51814

The effect of Rho kinase inhibitor Y-27632 on the cell morphology of osteoblast cells and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells
Abstract
Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Rho kinase inhibitor Y-27632 on the cell morphology of osteoblast cells and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. Methods: Rat osteoblast cells and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were isolated and cultured in vitro. At the third passage, osteoblast cells and BMSCs were used for experimental groups. Osteoblast cells were incubated in maintenance medium containing Y-27632.A control group in which osteoblast cells were not treated was designated. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were incubated in maintenance medium containing Y-27632.A control group in which bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were not treated was designated. To observe the cell morphology of osteoblast cells and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, fluorescent Inverted microscope. Results: The results showed that Rho kinase inhibitor Y-27632 promote osteoblast cells spreading shape, making it easier to spread, and Rho kinase inhibitor Y-27632 promote the width increasing of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells.
