    摘要:在采用生物浸出-溶剂萃取-电积高新技术提取金属铜时,羟肟类萃取剂会夹带和溶解于萃余液,并随萃余液循环进入生物浸出环境,从而改变被浸矿石的表面性质并对微生物吸附行为产生影响。本课题研究在LIX860、LIX84IC等羟肟类萃取剂分别污染生物浸出环境的情况下,黄铜矿、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿表面性质的变化及对嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌吸附状态的影响。

    结果表明,三种硫化矿表面在含LIX860、LIX84IC的有机相污染的情况下接触角均增大,且接触角随着有机相中萃取剂浓度的增加而增大,其中黄铁矿的表面润湿性受含15%LIX860有机相污染的影响最大,接触角达到102.26°;黄铜矿的表面润湿性受15%LIX84IC污染的影响最大,接触角为112.15°。而无污染的情况下,硫化矿表面接触角最小(黄铜矿的接触角为60.90°,黄铁矿为61.89°,磁黄铁矿为57.32°)。58127

    在吸附的过程中,低品位黄铜矿粉末在受到含LIX860、LIX84IC的有机相污染时,嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌在其表面的吸附率增大,并且随有机物中LIX860、LIX84IC浓度的增大而增大,在60min时吸附率分别达到了72.7%(15%LIX860)和64%(15%LIX84IC),比未受污染情况下的吸附率分别增加26%和17.3%。

    The impact of Hydroxamic acids extraction agent on the surface wettability of sulfide ores and the adsorption behavior of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans

    Abstract:In the use of bioleaching-solvent extraction-electrowinning process to extract copper was hydroxy oxime extractants were entrained and dissolved in the raffinate and the raffinate was recycled into bioleaching site, so as to impact the surface properties of ores and adsorption behavior of microorganisms. This paper researched the effects of LIX860, LIX84IC, on surfacial properties of chalcopyrite, pyrite, pyrrhotite and the adsorption of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans to the ores.

    Results showed that, when three species of sulfide mine surface were polluted by  containing LIX860, and LIX84IC organic phase their contact angles in the organic phase increase, and contact angle with organic phase extraction agent concentration of increased and increases, The surface wettability of pyrite is influenced by 15%LIX860 organic phase pollution of maximum,contact angle reached 102.26 °; The surface wettability of Chalcopyrite by 15%LIX84IC pollution of effect maximum, contact angle for 112.15 °. No pollution cases, minimum surface contact angle of sulfide ores (60.90 ° contact angle of chalcopyrite, pyrite 61.89, pyrrhotite-57.32). 

    In the process of adsorption and low grade chalcopyrite powder by containing LIX860, LIX84IC organic pollution, addicted to Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans adsorption on the surface of rate increases, and with the organic matter LIX860, increased the LIX84IC concentration increases, in 60min adsorption rate were up to 72.7% 15%LIX860 and 64% 15%LIX84IC, than without pollution adsorption rate were increased by 26% and 17.3%.
