    摘要在环境温度中,以含有厌氧氨氧化菌颗粒污泥的高效厌氧氨氧化反应器为试材进行低强度超声实验。采用多分组批次实验方法,试验污泥样品同源,且活性与其他参数处于同一水平。此外,批次试验在培养基质氨氮与亚硝酸盐氮的摩尔比例为1:1,浓度均为100 mg·L-1的条件下进行试验。通过设置不同的超声强度与超声时间组合进行提升厌氧氨氧化活性,找出并确定低强度超声的最优参数。为低强度超声可以提升厌氧氨氧化活性提供理论依据。60551

    通过上述实验步骤进行试验后,预期试验组与无超声组相比,有超声的厌氧氨硝化反应器中污泥的活性及代谢产生了不同的变化,且能提高氮去除率。间歇性辐射(超声强度为0.7 w / cm2,超声时间0.19min),反应器(RU)氮去除率(NRR)为5.49 kg TN / m3 / d;在14.8℃下,对比反应器(RC)的氮去除率NRR 为1.53 kg TN / m3 / d。在操作结束时,RU反应器中多糖、蛋白质、脱氢加氧酶和VSS 的含量分别为6.82 mg / mg VSS,26.79 mg / mg VSS,0.58 mg TF / L / H和10.11 g VSS / L,高于对比反应器RC的水平。这些结果表明,在低环境温度下通过超声辐射法可以提升厌氧氨氧化活性。

Intermittent radiation (ultrasonic intensity is 0.7 w/cm2, ultrasonic time of 0.19 min), reactor (RU) nitrogen removal rate (NRR) of 5.49 kg TN/m3 / d. Under 14.8 ℃, compared to the reactor (RC) nitrogen removal rate NRR kg TN / 1.53 m3 / d. At the end of the operation, RU oxygenase of polysaccharide, protein, dehydrogenation reactor and the content of VSS were 6.82 mg / mg VSS, 26.79 mg / mg VSS, 0.58 mg/L/H and 10.11 g VSS TF/L, above the levels of contrast reactor RC. These results indicate that under the low temperature by ultrasonic radiation method can improve activity of anaerobic ammonia oxidation.
