摘要唐古特白刺是一种药食同源植物,在民间用药历史悠久,其果实营养丰富,富含黄酮,多酚类等化合物,有许多生物学活性,具有广阔的应用前景。对唐古特白刺果实成分的分离纯化,为白刺的进一步药用开发提供理论依据。本次实验用95%的乙醇提取唐古特白刺果实中的成分后,分别用二氯甲烷,乙酸乙酯,正丁醇,甲醇萃取分段。最后从二氯甲烷段经多次柱层析分离得到一化合物,经谱图解析为β-谷甾醇。β-谷甾醇因其具有多种生物学活性及其独特的结构,广泛地应用于临床和工业上。64757

Title The chemical ingredients in Nitraria tangutorum Bobr.
Abstract
Nitraria tangutorum Bobr is one traditional Chinese medicine. Its fruit is rich with nutrients, flavonoids, polyphenols, and other compounds, which shows lots of bio-activities. To provide its basic evidences for the further development of the medical application of N. tangutorum., The constituents in N. tangutorum.are isolated. In this experiment, firstly, the ingredients of N. tangutorum were extracted with 95% ethanol; secondly, it is partitioned with dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, n-butanol, methanol respectively. After several column chromatography separations, a compound named β-sitosterol was isolated from the dichloromethane segment eventually and characteried by MS and NRM spectroscopy. With a variety of bio-activities and its unique structure, β-sitosterol would be widely applied to clinic and industry.
