摘要:为了研究施用微生物菌剂对于辣椒根围土壤中营养成分的影响,设置对照组和处理组在处理后第1个月、第2个月、第3个月三次采集辣椒根围土壤进行检测分析。结果表明微生物菌剂对土壤中水解性氮、速效磷、速效钾及有机质的影响较显著,能够提高土壤中营养成分的含量,但随时间增长效果减弱。其中水解性氮含量在第3个月达到最高,相对于对照组增加了40.4%;速效磷含量也在第3个月达到最高,但相对于对照组减少了0.2%;速效钾含量在第一个月达到最高,相对于对照组增加了18.8%;有机质含量同样在在第3个月达到最高,且相对于对照组增加了43.3%。可见微生物菌剂能够增强辣椒根围土壤中的营养成分,对实际生产具有指导意义,有助于今后防治辣椒疫病。70584

Abstract:In order to analyse the influence of using microbial agents to the nutrient of pepper rhizosphere,the control group and treatment group were set and pepper rhizosphere soil samples were collected 1 month, 2 month and 3 month after treated.According to the experimental results,the effects of using microbial agents on hydrolysable N,available P,available K and organic matter were remarkable, which can increase the content of nutrient components in soil,but growth effect weakens over time.The highest content of hydrolysable N on the third month after treated which increased 40.4% compared to the control. While the available P decreased by 0.2% on the third month post treated.Available K increased by 18.8% on the first month after treated which was the highest value among all the samples. Besides,the content of organic matter increased by 43.3% on the third month.Thus it can be seen that microbial agents can enhance the nutrient of pepper rhizosphere,providing theoretical guidance for practical production ,contributing to control phytophthora capsic in future.
