摘要:研究目的:研究分析淮安市40-59岁人群的生活方式、坐位体前屈及影响因素,为成年人坐位体前屈指数的提高提供参考依据。研究方法:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等研究方法对淮安市40-59岁人群的坐位体前屈指标现状进行调查。最后提取《2014年国民体质监测数据登陆书(40-59岁)》中的问卷调查数据,利用SPSS17.0对问卷结果和测试数据进行分析统计。结果显示: 1、淮安市(40-59)岁男性和女性人群坐位体前屈均值与2010年全国同年龄人群差异不显著。2、淮安市(40-59)岁成年人坐位体前屈指标与受教育程度、职业类型相关性不显著;与是否参加体育锻炼、体育锻炼的频度、每次锻炼的时间和锻炼项目的相关性非常显著。在此基础上提出了:参加体育锻炼,养成持之以恒的锻炼习惯可以有效的提高坐位体前屈水平的建议。66572

Abstract:Research objective: to study the analysis on 40 to 59 people's way of life in succession, crook proneness and influencing factors, provide a reference for adults sit-and-reach index increase. Research methods: by the methods of literature, questionnaire investigation, logic analysis, the methods of data processing method of huai´an sit-and-reach indexes of 40 to 59 years old crowd present situation investigation. Finally, on the national physique monitoring center research and development of data acquisition software to extract data, using SPSS to analyze the test data statistics. Results: 1, huai´an (40-59 years old male and female population sit-and-reach average age group with the difference was not significant. 2, huaian) (40 to 59 years old adults sit-and-reach and no significant correlation between level of education, occupation type. 3, huaian) (40 to 59 years old adults sit-and-reach and whether to take part in physical exercise, exercise frequency and exercise time, every time a very significant correlation between the project and gender.Research conclusions: take part in physical exercise, the persistence of exercise habit can effectively improve the level of sit-and-reach.
